- Delivery Policy & Shipping
- Wood-Mizer Australia (PTY) Ltd ensures that all products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon arrival and report any discrepancies or damages to customer service within 48 hours.
- Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance and dimensions of the product. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.

- Return and Refund Policy

- Parts and Blades: Any parts or blades ordered incorrectly by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Custom blades can be returned for reworking at an additional charge, depending on the blade length adjustment required. All items must be returned in new, sellable condition.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. For purchases made by credit card, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. For cash or check payments, a check will be issued.
- Warranty Items: Defective warranty items will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Wood-Mizer Australia (PTY) Ltd will cover shipping for warranty items.
